I love the intensity of my in-gym praivte group sessions but am eager to see if there is something to this exergaming phenom. Could I save myself hundreds of dollars with convenient, at-home exergaming? Fun? Yes. Motivational? Looks good in the demo. Good results and long term use? That’s my big question.I would like to see this software go to another level where the 30-day challenge could be run interactively and online with a friend(s) that is anywhere else in the world. You could do your chosen workout at the same or different times and share results to help motivate each other even further. It would be awesome to have a live’ competition but not have to be in exactly the same place.

I love exergaming beusace it makes exercising so much more fun. I’ve used Yourself!Fitness (for the Xbox), Wii Fit, and the Wii Sports games to be active during the day.I like it beusace I can do it on the days that I don’t go to the gym, even when the weather is too nasty to go outside. Exergaming has already helped me to have better balance and a better constitution. Exergaming has been a real godsend for those who eihetr can’t afford a full-time gym membership (like me) and those who prefer to work out in the comfort of the home (also like me!). I’ve been enjoying my Wii fit so much for the variety and high novelty factor it’s added to my daily exercise regime, and I’m eager to check out the new EA Sports Active game for even more of a physical challenge. Iv’e been a christian since I was 4, but never rllaey followed god I would tell people I did but, but allways had a douting feeling he wasn’t real, or didn’t care about me. That all changed 2 days before my 16th birthday. My youth group and I went to this teen christian, concert/church that lasted for 3 days and had about 4000 teens.The 2 day is the day that rllaey changed me. The paster told us to all bow our heads and close our eyes, and quote with every eye closed and every head bowed I want you on the count of 3 to jump out of your chair, raise your hands and shout I want the cross! and I rllaey wanted to do this but with 4000 people, I dunno. So he counted, 1.2.3 Scilence. But then somewhere across the stadium, someone shounted, and a chain effect happend. about 90% of the teens jumped out of their chairs and shouted out to jesus that they wanted the cross. Me being one of them. So with our hands up screeming to the world the Jesus is the holy one, the paster told us that whoever wanted the gift of tounghs could have it. All they had to do was ask. And iv’e wanted to speak in tounghs since I was about 8, so of cource I asked god for tounghs. about 15seconds after this, my kness felt they were going to collapes, I was shaking, and sweating incanly. and started to speak in the holy lauanguage At the exactly the same time that I did, about 50 people around me did also. It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. People just like me. People who are told that they arn’t followers of christ because were teens jumping up and down yelling out tounghs, falling on the floor, prasing god because he is god. It was amazing. Ever since that night I gave up my life for god, and grow in him each day. I love Jesus!

Yes, get back to writing, Lacy! What are you doing over here! ha! LOL about your alimans. They are like having children. Unless you can ignore them, which I cannot do no matter how hard I try. I am not onto my next book yet…although I do have a half-finished romantic thriller and a half-finished medieval time travel calling my name! First, I need to get these other books downloaded onto Smashwords.com, and by the time that’s done, I’ll have two more books ready for release! And then I do all of the HTML formatting myself, etc. I plan to get back onto my regularly scheduled writing hours on May 9th. Phew. By then I should have more numbers to blog about! Momenteel heeft de Adam tablet nog geen beschikking over de Android Market. Waarschijnlijk is dit wel het geval wanneer deze Notion Ink tablet wordt geüpgrade naar Honeycomb, de nieuwste Android versie.
Men is momenteel nog aan het ontwikkelen om Honeycomb gereed te krijgen op deze tablet. Ik verwacht dat dit zeker nog wel een tijdje kan duren, in ieder geval pas na de eerste introductie van de Motorola Xoom, die die primeur gaat krijgen.

The thing I love the most about exergaming is that it alwols someone who is very overweight to still be able to work out!! I started a food plan and began playing Wii Tennis last summer, then added Wii Fit a few months ago. I have so far lost 53 pounds!!! Exergaming is so much fun too! I have always disliked exercising, but exergaming is a challenge I look forward to every day!! Thank you for the contest!

我发现好多人跟我的想法一样：在没有mod_rewrite的情况下如何使用permalink。其中最简单是做一个404页，内容：可是我试了一下，在我的服务器上不灵，因为原作者是为了他的iis上使用permalink想出这一招的，所以我想可能在apache without mod_rewrite的情况下不灵。也可能我现在用的wordpress 2.3.1已经内置了一个基于404错误的permalink解决方案——我把404 ErrorDocument直接指向index.php，permalink就可以正确显示post, page, cat, tag等内容。只是header总是为404，很可能导致该页被搜索引擎忽略，在IE下浏览，有时也会出现提示“该网页不存在”（FF下很正常）.这已经离最终方案很近了，只要在网页存在的情况下，改变header为200就ok。我一是没找到在哪里改。如前所述，用404来代替mod_rewrite，不是我这个blog要走的路。
